BioSocieties The LSE journals reflect the School’s international
reputation in research and scholarship in the social sciences. The
British Journal of Sociology and the
British Journal of Industrial Relations were ranked among the top three
in the world in their categories in the 2007 Thomson Reuters Journal
Citation reports. The
Journal of Global History and
BioSocieties were launched in 2006, both reflecting initiatives in
crossing disciplinary boundaries. A further new journal, Global Policy,
aimed at both academic researchers and international policymakers is due to
be launched in 2010 – more information coming soon. The
Journal of Transport Economics and Policy is also co-owned by LSE, and
further details of this journal may be found
here. In addition to the LSE-owned journals, many journals of
international reputation are based at the School. We will announce alumni
discounts to these as they become available. For details of each
