Help for Houghton Street Online is divided into four main sections:

Registration - registration is handled through the main LSE Authentication Service, and involves creating an LSE for You Personal Account. Help pages include a step-by-step guide with screenshots.

Username and password - if you have already signed up for Houghton Street Online and need help with your username and/or password.

Email forwarding - information about the free LSE-branded email forwarding service available to all LSE alumni who have signed up to Houghton Street Online.

Other online services - help with access to LSE for You, the LSE Careers Service website and information about alumni access to the LSE Network.
