Dear LSE alumni,

And so the new academic year begins and we welcome a new cohort of students to LSE. For our alumni, we are pleased to kick off the year with an Events Special newsletter, highlighting our forthcoming programme of alumni events, reunions and LSE public lectures.

Our alumni events feature Jana Bennett (MSc International Relations 1978), director, BBC Television; Philippa Malmgren (PhD International Relations 1991), president, Canonbury Group and Mike Williams (PhD International Relations 2006), lecturer in international relations, Royal Holloway, University of London.

We hope to see you soon at an event at LSE. Remember, if you can’t join us, most LSE public lectures are now available as podcasts and a growing number may be viewed as webcasts via LSE Live.

Best wishes,
Charlotte Armah, head of alumni relations, LSE
